Our Team

Natalie Wood, Paralegal

Natalie is a graduate of Chattahoochee Technical College where she earned a degree in Criminal Justice and in her studies was also accepted as an intern at the Cobb County Adult Detention Center, where she was trained in all areas of the jail system, including intake, processing of inmates, & release. Following up on her education and internship, she was employed at the Cobb County State Court Clerk's office for six years, in various positions, including on the docket team and at the front counter. Natalie's experience gives the firm valuable insight to many different aspects of the legal system. 

Melissa Maresca, Paralegal

Originally from New York, Melissa Marecsa graduated from Long Island University in Greenvale, where she earned bachelor’s degree in Public Administration. Melissa continued her education at Mercy College, obtaining her paralegal certification. Ultimately, she became the Administrative Assistant/Research Paralegal for The Honorable D.N. Silverman, Judge of the Supreme Court in New York’s 9th Judicial District.
 

After relocating with her husband and two children to Marietta, Georgia, Melissa served in the State Court of Cobb County for over 10 years, where she held the lead at the Criminal Division’s Front Counter.  Melissa’s knowledge and breadth of experience allow her to have the unique ability to understand all sides of our clients’ legal matters.  Melissa’s familiarity with and relationships within the Cobb County court system are a tremendous asset to serving our client’s needs.
